  • Family business in existence for at least 30 years
  • Successful transmission between generations (at least one transition)
  • Sustained growth and effective governance
  • Measuring elements :

    • Year the company was founded

    • Sales and trends over the last 10 years
    • Niveau d’implication des nouvelles générations (rôle dans la direction ou l’actionnariat)
    • Existence of a family charter or formalised succession plan

    Women's Leadership in Family Business Awards

    Criteria :

  • Woman director or shareholder playing a key role in the company's growth
  • Positive influence on the transfer, innovation or expansion of the business
  • Inspiring role model for younger generations
  • Measuring elements :

    • Status and role of women leaders (CEOs, MDs, influential shareholders, etc.)
    • Direct contribution to growth in sales and/or headcount
    • Specific projects initiated under his leadership
    • Impact on governance and intergenerational transmission
    • Actions taken to promote diversity and inclusion

    International Expansion Prize

    Criteria :

  • Stratégie réussie d’expansion à l’international / hors zone de domicile (filiales, export, partenariats…)
  • Helping to promote local expertise on the world stage
  • Measurable economic impact on host countries
  • Measuring elements :

    • Number of countries
    • Percentage of sales generated outside France
    • Number of strategic partnerships abroad
    • Acquiring subsidiaries or opening up new markets
    • Successful adaptation to the regulatory and cultural requirements of new markets

    Prix de la Relève Jeune dans l’Entreprise Familiale

    Criteria :

  • Membres de la nouvelle génération (moins de 40 ans) ayant repris ou transformé l’entreprise familiale
  • Introduction of new strategies or diversification of activities
  • Positive influence on company modernisation and competitiveness
  • Measuring elements :

    • Age of the director and number of years at the head of the company
    • Initiatives prises depuis son arrivée (nouveaux marchés, diversification, digitalisation…)
    • Sales and margins under its management
    • Job creation or successful restructuring
    • Ability to reconcile family heritage and modernisation

    Inspiring Family Governance Model Award

    Criteria :

  • Sound and sustainable financial structure
  • Good management of equity and debt
  • Partenariats stratégiques (fonds d’investissement, banques, family offices…) pour assurer la croissance
  • Measuring elements :

    • Debt ratio and financial strength
    • Average sales growth rate over 5 years
    • Diversification of funding sources (equity, investors, banks, etc.)
    • Profitability and return on investment of funded projects
